The use of apple cider vinegar goes way back to ancient Greece when it was used by the great physician Hippocrates to heal wounds. Over the years, various studies have been conducted by scientists and researches and some of the results seem mixed but the vinegar still does not cease to amaze with its varied benefits. Despite the proven results, one needs to keep in mind to consume it in diluted form (add a tablespoon of vinegar in 500 ml of water) in order to prevent any harm on the tooth enamel and digestive tract.
